Our Story

We’re a small team of lifters who’ve spent the past decade in and around gyms. Over the years, we’ve tried just about every program out there—from the Arnold Blueprint to obscure Soviet powerlifting routines. One thing became clear: the longer you lift, the more your approach changes. Eventually, every serious lifter develops their own way of training.

We wanted to build a tool that supports that process. Something that helps lifters figure out what works for them, while keeping the fundamentals in place:

  • Make steady progress
  • Train with intent and effort

We spent more than a year testing different approaches and eventually leaned into what felt most natural: treating training like a game. You have a stat—your Power Level—and every time you train hard and break a PR, it goes up. Simple as that. It’s not about gimmicks, it’s about giving you clear feedback and a reason to push. It worked so well for us, we built the entire app around it. Then we layered on more game-like features—trackable stats, milestones, visual feedback—and suddenly, training felt way more engaging. What started as a simple logbook app ended up becoming a pillar of our training and we hope it will for you too.
